....it pours then you can splash in puddles. we had a bummer of a weekend. we came upon the sad realization that we just aren't ready for a house. (that is, a niceish house. we could easily do a not-as-niceish house....but opted not too :) ) soooo, we are scoping out the apartment scene instead. once we have saved up over a year by living in an apartment we will be able to go for a nicer home AND take our time finding it. so, in the meantime, god is going to grant me even more patience i am sure :) and the need to nest will just have to be appeased by more chocolate :) haha oh i have plenty of projects to occupy me as well. so even though we are bummed about the fact that we can't have our own home right away, we are excited about the prospect of happily owning a nice home someday soon :) OR metaphorically speaking: we'll be able to splash in some puddles?....or something like that. i love how i can connect everything together like this....
oh, and here's a video of henry playing in some puddles after it rained, which may or may not have inspired the title of this post and the necessity for its cheesy segues.
