our first outing was to monkey joe's, a cool little indoor bouncey park land type of place...(i don't really know what to call it, you know, all the inflatable thingys). it worked out perfectly because it was a little rainy that day.

and me going down with the kiddos. I was pretty much drenched in sweat by the time all of this was through! henry wanted to go over and over again.....and carrying a 26 lb. baby while trying to scale an inflatable bouncey rock wall repeatedly can be quite exhausting. it sure was worth it to hear him say weeeee though :)
and then it happened....we got to meet the man, errr, monkey himself. henry was enthralled and took a little time out to pet some purple monkey fur for a little bit.
As you can see---it was a SUPER exciting time for me too---haha
